1. Look up the entry “restriction enzyme” in the Wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_Page). Read the article you found carefully.

2. Download the Jurassic Park DNA sequence from NCBI (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Class/MLACourse/Modules/BLAST/q_jurassicparkDNA.html). Construct a restriction map for this sequence. Try to find as many restriction sites as possible. The story about the Jurassic Park can be found at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jurassic_Park.
